User Generated Content (UGC) Policy and Zero Tolerance

1.1. Commitment to a Safe Ecosystem
Find Your Card is committed to providing a digital environment that is safe, respectful, and free of toxicity for all collectors. This policy governs all User Generated Content (UGC), including but not limited to: negotiation chat messages, public profile descriptions, photos uploaded to the platform, and inventory listings.
2.2. Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a strict and absolute ZERO TOLERANCE policy toward any form of objectionable, abusive, or illegal behavior. It is strictly forbidden to post, transmit, or share content that includes: (a) Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind; (b) Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content; (c) Graphic violence, physical threats, or incitement to self-harm; (d) Fraud, trade scams, impersonation, or corporate spam.
3.3. User Empowerment Tools
To ensure your safety and comfort, the application provides direct and autonomous control tools over your interactions: • User Blocking: You have the ability to block any collector at any time. A blocked user will lose all access to your profile, will not be able to send you trade requests or messages, and will permanently disappear from your local radar. • In-App Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter abusive content or a fraudulent user, you can report them directly from the Chat screen or the offender's Public Profile using the 'Report' button. Please select the appropriate reason to expedite our audit.
4.4. Moderation Action and Response Times (SLA)
Our moderation team takes community safety very seriously. We commit to reviewing each and every report of objectionable content within a maximum and strict timeframe of 24 hours upon receipt. If a violation of this policy is confirmed, we will proceed with the immediate removal of the offending content and the expulsion of the offending user.
5.5. Consequences of Violation
Any violation of this UGC Policy will result in the immediate, final, and irreversible suspension of the offender's account. This entails the total loss of their virtual inventory, cancellation of pending trades, and the blacklisting of their credentials (Google account) to prevent evasion of the sanction. We reserve the right to actively cooperate with relevant legal authorities if the content violates local or international laws.
6.6. Child Safety Standards and CSAM Policy
Finder Collection TCG Stickers has an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any user who shares, requests, or promotes child abuse material will be immediately and permanently blocked. We will preserve the offender's data and issue an official report to the competent authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, cooperating fully with any legal investigation.
