1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Find Your Card mobile application or website (hereinafter the 'Platform'), you establish a legally binding agreement and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must stop using our services immediately and delete your account.
2. Eligibility and User Accounts
To use the Platform, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the authorization and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (linked via Google OAuth) and for all activities that occur under your session. We reserve the right to deny service or cancel accounts at our sole discretion.
3. User Generated Content (UGC) and Conduct
Find Your Card includes interactive messaging features. We maintain a ZERO TOLERANCE policy toward objectionable content or abusive behavior. It is strictly forbidden to use the platform to: (a) Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users; (b) Send spam, scams, or malicious links; (c) Share illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or explicit content. The Platform includes 'Block' and 'Report' tools. Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate and permanent suspension or deletion of the account without prior notice.
4. Physical Trades and Disclaimer of Liability
Our Platform acts EXCLUSIVELY as a virtual facilitator to connect collectors. We are NOT a party to any transaction or agreement between users. You acknowledge and agree that any real-life physical meeting to trade cards is AT YOUR OWN AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. Although we suggest 'Safe Zones' (public places), Find Your Card and its developers assume no civil, criminal, or any other liability for damages, losses, thefts, injuries, or disputes that may arise as a result of offline interactions between users.
5. Virtual Economy and Monetization
The app may include virtual currency ('Fragments' or 'Energy') that can be obtained for free, by viewing ads (Google AdMob), or through in-app purchases. These virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and their use is limited exclusively to the app ecosystem. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove the rewards system at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, logos, and algorithms of Find Your Card are the exclusive property of its developers. On the other hand, collection names, card brands, sports franchises (e.g., FIFA, TCGs), and characters mentioned by users in their inventories are the property of their respective legal owners and are used on the platform under the 'Fair Use' principle for purely descriptive and cataloging purposes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided 'as-is' and 'as-available'. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that trade matches will always result in successful transactions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of other users' profiles or inventories.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
